This temple will be seen in Dhamshaini of Ulipur upazila of Kurigram district. The place is located about 3 kilometers from the upazila headquarters. It is estimated that the temple was built in the seventeenth century. After the destruction of the temple due to natural disasters in the nineteenth century it was reformed.
